Little Voices….
Whatever we are thinking or feeling shapes the certainty of our life, but the scary part of this exchange is that most of what is being said in our mind is negative and abusive!
What are some of the negative thoughts that you hear your mind saying over and over?
"Fat, fat, fat..."
"Why did I do that? Boy, am I Stupid, or what?"
"I should have never done that, gone there, said that!"
"I'm not good enough."
Take control of your life and change your thoughts.
To Do List
1. List thoughts that your mind says
2. Turn negative words into positive ones
Example: If your mind says, "You are ugly," don't fight with it. Turn the thought into one that allows you to feel good about yourself.
"I am so stupid..." Change to "I am not only intelligent, but people want to hear what I have to say."
"Fat, fat, fat..." Change to "I feel great and accept myself EXACTLY as I am."
3. Read new list out loud daily
